Круглий стіл «Безбар’єрність у соціальному просторі»: досвід що об’єднує громади
24 жовтня 2025 року у місці тимчасового проживання внутрішньо переміщених осіб у Солобковецькій сільській територіальній громаді Хмельницького району Хмельницької області відбувся круглий стіл на тему «Безбар’єрність у соціальному просторі».
Захід об’єднав представників Солобковецької та Гірської громад для щирої розмови про підтримку, взаємодопомогу та створення середовища, де кожен відчуває себе потрібним і прийнятим.
Голова Солобковецької сільської ради Сергій Анатолійович Когут подякував усім присутнім, особливо представникам Гірської міської військової адміністрації, за відкритість до співпраці. Він зазначив, що взаємодія між громадами збагатила місцеву спільноту, дала нові імпульси для розвитку та показала, наскільки важливо створювати простір, де кожен почувається вдома. У своєму виступі він наголосив, що безбар’єрність – це насамперед людяність, усмішка, готовність підтримати.
Учасники заходу наголосили, що за офіційними словами стоять реальні історії: знайомства, дружба, підтримка. Вони закликали бути активними, ділитися думками, адже головне – живе спілкування, щирість і бажання зрозуміти один одного.
Інна Петрівна Деміденко, заступник начальника з соціальних питань Гірської міської військової адміністрації, зазначила, що в умовах вимушеного переселення та невизначеності кожен жест доброти, від простого слова підтримки до конкретної допомоги, ставав кроком до адаптації. Вона висловила вдячність за прийом і підтримку, наголосила на важливості людського тепла та віри у спільне майбутнє.
Місце тимчасового проживання для внутрішньо переміщених осіб у Солобковецькій громаді стало прикладом солідарності. Тут забезпечено базові умови: житло, харчування, доступ до медичної допомоги та соціальних послуг. У шелтері проживають люди різного віку та досвіду, і саме тут народжуються історії, коли незнайомці стають друзями.
Від імені мешканців шелтеру прозвучали слова щирої вдячності громадам за турботу, увагу та людське тепло. Люди, які змушені були залишити свої домівки, підкреслили, що саме тут вони знову відчули себе частиною спільноти.
Наталія Володимирівна Степаненко, начальник відділу соціального захисту Гірської міської військової адміністрації, звернула увагу на невидимі бар’єри – страх, невпевненість, відчуття непотрібності. Вона наголосила, що просте спілкування може стати ключем до змін.
Круглий стіл став майданчиком для обміну досвідом і джерелом натхнення. Усі виступи були пронизані відкритістю та вірою в силу спільноти. Цей день показав, що разом ми здатні створити суспільство, де кожен має місце, голос і підтримку.

On 24 October 2025, a roundtable discussion titled “Barrier-Free Environment in the Social Space” was held at the temporary accommodation facility for internally displaced persons in the Solobkivtsi Village Territorial Community of Khmelnytskyi District, Khmelnytskyi Region.
The event brought together representatives of the Solobkivtsi and Hirske communities for an open conversation about support, mutual assistance, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and accepted.
Serhii Anatoliiovych Kohut, Head of the Solobkivtsi Village Council, expressed gratitude to everyone present, especially to the representatives of the Hirske City Military Administration, for their openness to cooperation. He noted that interaction between the communities has enriched the local community, provided new impulses for development, and demonstrated how important it is to create a space where everyone feels at home. In his speech, he emphasised that barrier-free living is, above all, about humanity, a smile, and the willingness to help.
Participants of the event stressed that behind official words stand real stories: new acquaintances, friendships, and support. They encouraged everyone to stay active and share their thoughts, as the most important things are sincere communication and the desire to understand one another.
Inna Petrivna Demidenko, Deputy Head for Social Affairs of the Hirske City Military Administration, noted that in conditions of forced displacement and uncertainty, every gesture of kindness—from a simple supportive word to concrete assistance—became a step towards adaptation. She expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and support, emphasising the importance of human warmth and confidence in a shared future.
The temporary accommodation facility for internally displaced persons in the Solobkivtsi community has become an example of solidarity. Basic needs are met here: housing, food, access to medical care and social services. People of different ages and backgrounds live in the shelter, and it is here that stories are born of strangers becoming friends.
On behalf of the residents of the shelter, words of sincere gratitude were expressed to the communities for their care, attention, and human warmth. Those who had been forced to leave their homes highlighted that it was here they once again felt part of a community.
Nataliia Volodymyrivna Stepanenko, Head of the Social Protection Department of the Hirske City Military Administration, drew attention to invisible barriers—fear, insecurity, and the feeling of being unnecessary. She emphasised that simple communication can become a key to change.
The roundtable became a platform for sharing experiences and a source of inspiration. All speeches were filled with openness and faith in the strength of the community. This day demonstrated that together we are capable of creating a society where everyone has a place, a voice, and support.
